Convening the Industry.

AI Crews brings together four to six people in the same job, at a similar level, to build practical AI competency through real work. Each crew meets in a fixed calendar slot and works with the tools their companies allow. Rather than keynotes, vendor demos, or roadmaps, members bring a real task, work through it with peers who face similar challenges, and leave every session with something built.

E2 forms the crews based on role and AI competency, hosts the first session, and then participates as a member. Crews can meet weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, with members choosing their rhythm at sign-up. Each 75-minute session follows the same format: a 10-minute ship report, 50 minutes of building, and 15 minutes to show and save the work.

The E2 Breakfast Series brings together a larger audience of industry leaders for focused discussions on innovation, performance, and the future of residential development. Hosted at convention venues, these sessions feature structured presentations and moderated discussions.

The Breakfast Series is designed to elevate industry-wide conversations and provide practical insight for the professionals responsible for delivering high-performing communities.

The series currently takes place in Calgary and Edmonton, typically in Calgary in the spring and in Edmonton in the fall.

Our Lunch + Learn sessions provide a more informal environment for alignment and collaboration among the many teams involved in the communities we support. These gatherings allow builders, consultants, and stakeholders to share knowledge, review evolving practices, and strengthen the relationships that support efficient project delivery.
