Managing Partner
Stefan Bieber
Stefan has been in the industry on a very focused path since he graduated from NAIT in 2002 and feels that he adds a very unique skillset to E2. He's worked as a consultant, specializing in this field of Architectural Controls in various capacities since 2002.
His career has also seen substantial time and experience in land development, design (architectural, urban, and landscape), and homebuilding. This has given him the opportunity to see real estate development from the early strategic and business planning stages through to the implementation and handoff to end-users in residential and commercial applications.

He has been a Managing Partner of E2 since 2018 and also is Founding Partner of One-of-One Building Collective. Building award-winning/finalist custom homes in Calgary and area and also in the Columbia Valley area of British Columbia.
Senior BIM Specialist
Rodrigo Navarro
For over 25 years Rod has combined his technological expertise with his love of architecture. Rod brings a depth of experience to E2 from the early days of CAD software, evolving into the use of 3D CAD and an early adopter of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology while working as Technical Manager for Graphisoft Chile (Makers of ArchiCAD).

Rod has studied Architecture at Universidad de Santiago de Chile and obtained his domestic training in the engineering faculty at SAIT Polytechnic.
Rod likes to relax by doing 100+ km cycling rides and playing badminton.

Senior Adminstrative Assistant
Taren Cleland
Taren attended the University of Lethbridge and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, with the focus on environmental agriculture. Her professional career ranged from government level to non-profit level environmental organizations for the first 8 years after university.
Due to the economy, she made the decision to pivot her career path into Administrative work at the Board of Directors and CEO level. This lead her to also gain experience in Office Management, Safety Coordination, Event Planning, Human Resources, Communication and Social Media Management.
A small town Alberta, prairie girl, recently moved to the Calgary area. She enjoys spending time with her family at their seasonal campsite and tending to her house plant collection.
Visualization Artist
Wilfredo Jr Sayson
Wil is a Visualization Artist at E2 + Associates specializing in architectural rendering, drafting, and 3d modeling. He has developed visualization infrastructure and built equipment for our team's work processes.
Along with architectural services, Wil specialize in graphic design and geographical map content.
Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and video games with friends and family.

Architectural Technologist
Patrick Lewthwaite
Patrick has worked at E2 for 5 years and is a graduate of the Architectural Technology Program at SAIT Polytechnic. As technologists going forward, our role is to stand at the interface of design and construction. Throughout his work, Patrick has understood the value of good relationships and has enjoyed the collaboration with team members and colleagues. He prides himself on his ability to understand all roles, functions, within a team when dealing with the separate and essential aspects of a complicated building project. He considers himself lucky to be working for a company like E2, in a city like Calgary where the future for construction and design is seemingly bright.
Patrick is a young father, avid hiker and camper, and looks forward to getting outdoors to spend time with his little guy and wife.
Architectural Coordinator
Sonali Diwanji
Coming from a well-known family of architects, Sonali Diwanji has 15 years of experience combined with her natural skills and talent to provide daily leadership within the firm's Operations Support practice area, specializing in Architectural Controls.
Sonali obtained her training from the prestigious Sophia College of Polytechnic in Mumbai, India where she was granted the highest award in her final year of studies.
She diligently handles the sensitive task of recommending materials, color schemes, design solutions to exterior of houses in client’s communities.

Architectural Technologist
Marina Taratina
Marina spent her early life growing up in Ukraine. Her family (husband and son) immigrated to Canada with her in 1999. She holds a Masters degree in Engineering from Kiev Polytechnic University in Kiev. In Calgary, Marina obtained domestic training with a honors diploma in Architectural Technology from SAIT Polytechnic.
Marina has been with the company since 2010. Her position allows her to apply her strong technical skills, while providing an outlet for creative expression, problem solving and collaboration.

In her spare time, Marina explores the Rocky Mountains year round. Skiing, kayaking, mountain biking and hiking with dog are her favorite past-time activities.

Architectural Technologist
Griffin Segboer
Griffin is an Architectural Technologist on the E2 Design Studio team. Since graduating from SAIT in 2021, he has gained skills in optimizing layouts for renovations and developing construction details for commercial buildings. Griffin has a true passion for residential projects and is honoured to work alongside the experienced E2 team in shaping the future of Calgary and beyond.
Outside of work, Griffin enjoys hands-on creativity, whether it’s artwork, tackling home improvement projects, or personalizing vehicles.
Team Lead
Silvia Fontana
As E2 Design Studio’s team lead, Silvia brings over 25 years of experience in design and residential construction. It is important to her that E2 Design clients are satisifed with work the Design Team has completed. She treats every project with the same level of professionalism, fine detail and passion as her team executes and it is proven to be, in the final work produced. Silvia received her training from SAIT and has taken multiple courses over the years to continue grow professionally and stay on top of industry changes and trends.
Silvia enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is always looking froward to new experiences.
Architectural Designer
Judy Dang
Judy is a member of our E2 Studio Design Team. She is an experienced Architectural Designer with nearly 10 years experience in the industry. Judy has honed her design and technical drafting skills working with reputable local custom home builders.

In her free time you can find Judy enjoying time with her Niece and Nephew or obsessively scrolling through Pinterest.

Architectural Designer
Amara Njemanze
Amara moved to Calgary from Nigeria in 2019. His educational background is in Architecture, where he has a Master’s degree. Amara also holds a project manager professional [PMP] certification from the Project Management Institute [PMI]. He is a member of the Royal Architects in Canada [RAIC] and Architects Registration Council of Nigeria [ARCON].
His goal is to be part of a wonderful team that creates the most livable communities in the world and to have his contribution to the success acknowledged. Amara has designed and coordinated the construction of multiple projects in his 16-year career. These range from residential to commercial projects where he played distinct roles and interacted with allied professionals and tradesmen.
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with friends and family (married with two kids). Socializing and making new acquaintances. Some of his favorite hobbies include: grilling, watching movies and solving word-based puzzles.

Shannon Glazerman
With over 30 years of experience in the architectural
industry, Shannon is a seasoned architectural technologist dedicated to innovative design. Her extensive expertise is complemented by her role on the
City of Edmonton Zoning Bylaw Renewal Committee, where she contributed to shaping the urban landscape of her community.
Shannon's passion for design bridges both historical
architecture and contemporary concepts, allowing her to create spaces that resonate with the past while embracing the future. She believes that great design is not just about aesthetics but also about functionality and
sustainability.
Outside of her professional life, Shannon enjoys camping in the great outdoors, strumming her mandolin, and cherishing moments with her family. Her love for nature and music inspires her creative process, making her approach to architecture both holistic and deeply personal
